Some of the greatest of journeys start with the smallest of steps. One such journey began in 2009, inside a small design studio. Designer duo Nilesh and Mitesh started out with nothing, but an impossible dream and a grand vision. They began with a blank piece of paper and one, single machine. The duo set out to fulfil their destiny - to give the Indian fashion industry a taste of traditional fashion that was luxurious and at the same time affordable.

In 2011, all roads led to KORA by Nilesh Mitesh. A brand built on the foundations all the fashion values Nilesh and Mitesh swore by. KORA by Nilesh Mitesh is a brand that offers the highest quality traditional wear, exclusively for men. The designs, have been redefining industry standards and incorporate unseen fusions of traditional crafts and contemporary haute couture in Men's fashion.

Founded with Purpose

Designer Duo Nilesh Mitesh entered the industry at a time hence it was divided - between the super high-end celebrity designers that the common man couldn't afford or relate to and the unorganized sector which was inexpensive but lacked that flair.

With NM fashion, they liberated people from this lack of choice and gave them luxury traditional fashion that was affordable. NM Fashion became the go-to name for the fashion-conscious as well as the quality-conscious. But the journey didn't stop there. The designer duo had the vision to create a brand.

A brand that lives beyond their own names and becomes a fashion institution unto itself. Both NM Fashions and KORA by Nilesh Mitesh and every other brand bearing their signature, exude their love for craftsmanship.

Production at KORA by NM

At KORA by NM, production begins with fabric. We work closely with trusted mills and artisans to source textiles that feel as good as they look—chosen for their texture, durability, and how they move when worn. Each garment is cut and stitched with precision, ensuring structure, comfort, and a refined fit. Our embroideries are developed in-house, blending traditional techniques such as resham, zari, and hand detailing with contemporary patterns and placements. Every stage of production, from sampling to final finishing, is carefully supervised to maintain consistency and quality, resulting in garments that reflect thoughtful craftsmanship and attention to detail..

The first exclusive KORA by Nilesh Mitesh store opened in S.V.Road in Santacruz. From that day there was no looking back. Year after year, brand KORA by Nilesh Mitesh unfurled flags of its kingdom in various cities.
